1. What are preserved roses?
 Natural fresh roses that last 1-3 years.

2. Are preserved roses real roses?
Yes! They are natural roses that undergo a preservation and pigmentation treatment to last longer. They are not made out of synthetic materials. Preserved roses are NOT silk roses.

3. How long do persevered roses last?
Preserved roses last up to 3 years. Proper care must be given to them in order for them to last. (Check our Take Care Section for more information)

4. Can I take the roses out of the box?
We DO NOT recommend manipulating the roses as they are very delicate and can get damaged. That being said, you can take them out but we are not responsible for any damages.

5. Do preserved roses have stems?
Yes! You can order your rosebox with preserved stems as well so they can a have a more natural look. Stems undergo the same preservation process.

6. When is the best time to give a Rosebox?
There is not a best time to give a Rosebox. You can give a Rosebox to your loved ones to brighten up any given day or treat yourself to one of our arrangements. Use Roseboxes to say thank you, try sending them as a ‘get well soon’ gifts, or even to celebrate anniversaries and milestones.

7. Can I create a custom order?
Yes! You can choose the option to customize your own box in the Build your Rosebox template. We can personalize each box with a custom vinyl. Just leave a message for us at checkout or contact us with your order number and we will accommodate your request.

1. Does Rosebox Miami deliver?
Our FRESH Roseboxes are available for delivery to the Miami Area only. We can ship Preserved Roseboxes to anywhere in the world!
 
2. Do you ship nationwide?
We are able to ship Preserved Roseboxes to all 50 states.

3. Do you ship overseas?
We can ship Preserved Roseboxes all over the world! Just enter your address at checkout and use your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend DHL for shipping outside the US

4. What if I want to pick up my Rosebox?
Pick-up options are available only for Miami orders only. Choose this option at checkout.

5. What is your shipping policy?
For fresh roses processing time is less than 24 hours. You can receive your Rosebox as soon as next-day for Miami deliveries. Preserved Roseboxes take a little bit more, processing time is 2-3 days. We will ship it as soon as it ready. We know you can’t wait to receive your arrangement!

If you need an arrangement for a specific occasion you can always place the order ahead of time to make sure we can have it ready for your specific date. Just leave us a comment at check out to schedule the date and time for your delivery!

6. What if I don't want to wait for delivery?

Miami local pick-ups are available if you don't want to wait for delivery.

We always recommend planning and placing your order ahead of time. We understand its not always the case, but we will do our best to accommodate all of your needs. Please bear in mind that USPS, UPS or FEDEX delivery timing is out of our control. If you need to rush your order make sure you select the right option at checkout.

1. Can I return my Rosebox?

Unfortunately, all sales are final. Each Rosebox is made to order with the freshest roses. We take time to custom make each Rosebox, this is why we can’t accept any returns.

2. Can I schedule a Rosebox delivery for a specific date?
Yes! Simply add a message at checkout and you can let us know all the details for your order and we will take care of the rest. You can let us know if there is any specific occasion (i.e. anniversary, valentine’s day, etc), as well as delivery time, address and date needed for your Rosebox.
